  • This permit allows you to work in Ireland with a minimum annual salary of €30,000.

2. Ireland Critical Skills Employment Permit

  • You can bring family members as dependents under this permit.

Eligibility Requirements

  • For Critical Skills Employment Permit:

    • An offer letter from an employer.
    • Occupations with a minimum annual remuneration of €30,000.
    • A relevant degree qualification or higher.
    • A job offer valid for at least two years.
  • For General Employment Permit:

    • A relevant degree qualification.
    • A job offer with a minimum salary of €30,000.
    • Job stability for at least two years.

Documents Required for Application

  • A certified copy of your passport.
  • Passport-sized photo that meets Ireland’s photo criteria.
  • A signed copy of your employment contract.
  • If you reside in Ireland at the time of application, include a copy of your registered immigration stamp.
  • A copy of the IDA/Enterprise Ireland Letter of Support (if applicable).
  • Information about your job, including the company’s registration number, address, and certificates from recognised organisations.
  • Details about your job, including salary, responsibilities, and length of employment.

Application Process

  • You or your employer can apply for an Irish work visa.
  • If you transfer from a foreign company to its Irish branch, your employer can apply on your behalf (intra-company transfer).
